Role Overview: As our project manager, you’ll be taking care of the back office and «pre-construction» stage of our business, managing customer relationships on our projects.

Client Communication:
- Respond to inquiries.
- Work on estimates.
- Bring solutions.

Document Management:
- Maintain digital and physical records of contracts, plans, and other important documents.
- Organize and store client correspondence and project documentation.

Scheduling:
- Coordinate appointment schedules.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all projects comply with local, and state, except for permits which are handled separately.

Project Tracking:
- Maintain project timelines and milestones in collaboration with the construction partner.
- Update the construction partner on any changes or client feedback.

Requirements:
- Master of organization and management
- Detailed person
- EXCELLENT ENGLISH communication skills
- Energy and eagerness to learn
- Work 4−8 hours a day
