IFRS Manager
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with accounting team to prepare Group’s annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS;
- Review of stand-alone financial statements of the Group’s;
- Management of external audit process of the Group;
- Liaise with other functions as necessary to finalise detailed tax notes and reporting to external stakeholders eg banks;
- Establish methodologies that the local accounting teams will apply;
- Provide support for questions regarding IFRS or accounting treatment of the Group’s business operations;
- Drive the preparation of annual ESG report of the Group (in accordance with CSRD/ESRS and IFRS S1/S2).

Requirements:
- Accounting qualification (ACCA or DipIFR);
- Technical expert in IFRS;
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior technical accounting role with emphasis on IFRS;
- Strong systems both of accounting and reporting tools;
- Able to meet strict deadlines;
- Strong communicator in a fast paced and culturally diverse environment;
- Willingness to learn and teach;
- Accuracy and being detail-oriented;
- Fluent in English.

Would be an advantage:
- «Big 4» experience or similar professional service experience;
- Experience with a commodity trading business;
- Previous experience of system implementations.
