ABOUT THE ROLE :
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers by email and telephone (inbound and outbound).
- Update all customer information on all CRM and dealership tools as needed.
- Responsible for handling all internet leads and incoming phone calls.
- Set appointments for customers that are looking to purchase vehicles.
- Maintain all records for following up on various internet leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries on all media platforms.
- Ability to make 80−100 outbound calls per day.
- Communicate with management for all potential customer issues and/or problems.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience in handling phone calls is advantageous
- English level — B2+
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills — knowledge of using Google Suite/Apps will be an asset.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude, outgoing personality and strong work ethic.
