We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and organized professional to become part of our team.
Main tasks include:
- Dispatching loads during transit
- Communicating with drivers and brokers
- Resolving issues
- Handling documentation

Salary: 30000 — 40000 UAH (paid in USD)
Duties:
- Tracking loads to ensure timely pickup and delivery (Reefers and Dry Vans)
- Professional communication via phone and email with brokers and drivers
- Handling documents
- Resolving ongoing issues
- Providing prompt and high-quality responses to conflict situations

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Previous work experience in logistics, preferably in the U.S. market
- Availability to work the second shift: 3:00 PM — 12:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
- Strategic thinking, prudence, and resilience
- Strong communication skills with clients and drivers, including conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
