BIM-Architecture and Engineering was founded in 2014 in Israel to create BIM models. The company’s field of activity is the coordination, management and design of foreign construction projects. Our client in the UAE is embarking on an ambitious architectural project and we are building a team of professionals to bring it to realty. We are looking for talented Interior designers \ Architects eager to apply their skills to create a truly unique space.
What we EXPECT:
- Higher specialized education (architecture);
- Proficiency in the Revit program, experience in design and 3d modeling;
- English language skills at Pre — Intermediate level and above;
- Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, time management, ability to go beyond stereotypical solutions;
- Experience in a project organization is desirable;
- Learning, willingness to work in a team.

Key TASKS:
- Remote teamwork on interior design in Revit group models and BIM360 space;
- Creation of LOD400 BIM models based on 2d drawings;
- Creation of Revit families of interior elements, furniture, equipment;
- Development of families from LOD200 to LOD300 (up to LOD400 — optional);
- Saturating the model with updated information from contractors/client;
- Coordinating model with MEP systems, model validation via Links (and Revizto plugin — optional), generating validation reports/requests;
- Teamwork in Revit file, groups, chats, calls in Microsoft Teams, reporting and task scheduling in the Monday platform. Calls, messages, reports to colleagues in English.
