?? Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file state & federal permits; ensure timely renewals.
- Assist with UCR registration, 2290 filings, and quarterly tax filings.
- Support clients with DOT/FMCSA compliance and audits.
- Maintain accurate records of permits, filings, and deadlines.
- Communicate regulatory updates & provide compliance guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.

? Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident with office software & online tools.
- Commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail.
