- Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher in English or Spanish, with strong writing and speaking skills.
- Confident PC user with proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email clients, internet tools).
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and high stress tolerance.
- Work experience in a similar position.

- Provide assistance in logbook monitoring;
- Communicate with drivers in English, Spanish, and Russian via phone and chat.;
- Review and validate logbook entries for accuracy and completeness;
- Assist drivers in preventing errors and DOT Hours of Service violations.;
- Provide information and technical support as needed.
