Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv 5* is seeking a service-oriented and highly motivated Sales professional with strong organizational skills and Hotel Sales experience, to join our Sales Team.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service;
- Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers;
- Develop new business while maintaining growth of existing accounts;
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis;
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts;
- Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details within the appropriate software applications;

Qualifications:
- Previous Sales experience required;
- Previous Property Management System experience required (OPERA PMS knowledge);
- University/College degree in a related discipline preferred;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills, results-oriented and highly self-motivated;
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities;
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
