Due to company growth and development we are looking for a Fleet Assistant to join our team in Kyiv.
Requirements:
- excellent verbal and written English skills;
- extreme focus on organization and time management;
- ability to work and multitask in fast paced environment;
- basic understanding of the trucks and/or logistics specifics would be a plus;
- strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- daily checks and updates of the trucks in the system;
- reviewing driver’s inspections to check the paperwork;
- assist fleet maintenance team with scheduling repairs;
- tracking and documenting all the maintenance activities.

- afternoon schedule: 13:00 — 22:00;
