Qualifications:
- English level: B2 or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools. Experience with QuickBooks is a must.
- Professional experience with MS Office and/or Google Apps (specifically Google Sheets).
- Substantial experience in financial leadership roles; experience within the cable installation or construction industry would be a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance relevant to the industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial leadership: develop, implement, and oversee financial strategies to meet the company’s financial goals; monitor and analyze financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Financial reporting and analysis: prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts; ensure their timely and accurate submission to internal and external stakeholders.
- Payroll supervision: make sure that the salaries, wages and all kinds of bonuses are paid timely and accurately.
- Accounting records monitoring: manage the flow of documents that can be accessed within prescribed time limits.
- Team leadership: set clear performance expectations and objectives for team members; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
- Risk management: identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company’s assets and financial stability.
- Cash flow management: manage cash flow, working capital, and financial resources to meet operational needs.
- Strategic planning: contribute to the development of the company’s strategic plans and financial objectives.
- Budget planning: make sure that the budgets are created and compared to actual numbers.
- Regulatory compliance: stay up-to-date with industry-specific financial regulations and ensure compliance.

As the Head of Finance you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, strategy, and compliance of the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing financial resources, ensuring regulatory adherence, and providing the financial insight necessary to support the company’s continued growth and profitability in the cable installation industry.
