? Position: Tracking Coordinator (Remote, Hybrid or Odesa Office)
What We Offer:
- Flexible work format — remotely, hybrid or in our office in the city center of Odesa
- Competitive pay: $3.5/hour (net) + 25% extra for the night shift
- 19:00—07:00 (Kyiv time), Saturday and Sunday

Your Responsibilities:
- Use our internal systems to manage shipments
- Track deliveries from pickup to drop-off
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients — by phone and email
- Help resolve any delays or issues that come up during transit
- Keep systems updated with real-time info
- Provide friendly and professional support to our partners

Our requirements:
- English: confident B2-C1 level
- Good with computers — basic MS Office, Google Suite skills
- Experience in logistics or with US-based companies is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work night shifts (essential!)
- Responsible, proactive, and a great communicator
