Time zone: EST Responsibilities:
- Create compelling short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that stops the scroll
- Produce premium long-form YouTube videos that drive audience growth and engagement
- Transform raw footage into polished, high-impact content with strong narrative flow
- Design professional graphics, text overlays, and visual effects that enhance key messages
- Execute expert sound design and music selection to elevate production quality
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Adapt quickly to feedback and implement revisions efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven video editing experience creating content similar to top creators in the business/finance space
- Perfect English proficiency (both written and verbal)
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut
- Creative eye with attention to detail and strong aesthetic sensibility
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Passion for creating content that delivers both value and engagement
