What you’ll do
- Plan projects: create detailed schedules, allocate resources, and manage timelines
- Communicate with clients: act as the primary contact, keeping clients updated and addressing their needs
- Coordinate teams: foster a productive workflow through daily updates, planning sessions, and retrospectives
- Track performance: monitor milestones, budgets, and deadlines to ensure successful delivery
- Drive improvements: work with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Maintain documentation: keep project records organized and accessible

You’re the perfect fit if you
- Have 6+ months of experience as a Project Manager
- Speak and write English fluently at the Upper-Intermediate level (B2)
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions
- Understand and can apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excel in communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Understand software development processes or have a technical education

Bonus points if you have
- Experience with IT outsourcing or digital agencies
- Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence
