We are looking for a Support Representative (tracking) member to join our team Brokerage team in the Kyiv office.
Requirements
- excellent verbal and written English skills;
- proficient Computer skills;
- organised, punctual and responsible;
- extreme attention to details;
- previous experience at support positions or logistics field would be a plus.

Essential Functions
- track and trace load shipments;
- provide updates to dispatchers and communicate with drivers;
- keep the system up-to-date;

Employment conditions
- office in the city centre. Remote isn’t considered;
