About the Role
As a Recruiter in Logistics you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process — from the first contact to the job offer. You’ll work closely with the Safety Department and management team to bring the best CDL drivers into the company. If you’ve worked in recruiting or sales, love working with people, and can multitask without breaking a sweat — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source drivers via phone calls, CRM system, referrals, and social media
- Sell the position: present Load N Go’s value proposition clearly and confidently
- Pre-screen candidates and conduct phone interviews
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and manage the candidate pipeline
- Coordinate with the Safety Department for onboarding and compliance
- Act as the main point of contact for applicants throughout the process
- Present offers, handle objections, and close candidates professionally
- Track sales/recruiting metrics (conversion rate, source performance, etc.)
- Adjust strategies based on data, market trends, and company needs

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced in sales or recruiting (logistics/trucking is a big plus)
- Communicator — both spoken and written English
- Confident with CRM systems and digital tools
- Able to manage multiple positions and stay organized
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Bonus: knowledge of CDL regulations and driver qualification process
