We are looking for a Senior L&D Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise and support training, development and career planning activities
- Identify needs, design, and implement development opportunities that afford both personal and professional growth
- Deal with training providers when necessary
- Manage Succession Planning process and partner with Leaders to identify and implement appropriate development actions
- Budget planning and reporting
- Work with HR metrics, analyze and investigate causes and trends
- Ensure efficient internal communication system

Reporting to:
HR Director
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements
- University Degree
- Master’s Degree required
- 5 yrs of experience in HR
- Intermediate English
- Strong communication, relationship building, organization, counseling and facilitation, influence skills with the ability to work both in a team and make decisions independently.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet acumen, 1C/or SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical skills
