We’re a small, ambitious team that’s changing how people think about housing — combining design, innovation, and personal approach.
We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can qualify leads, book appointments, and eventually close deals as a Sales Manager.
Your Role
Stage 1 — SDR / Sales Associate
Engage with warm inbound leads (no cold calling).
Qualify potential clients through discovery calls and messages.
Schedule consultations and follow-ups for senior closers.
Keep CRM and sales reports organized.
Stage 2 — Sales Manager / Closer
Handle full-cycle sales from first call to signed contract.
Send proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Maintain client relationships and provide status updates.
Develop and improve sales strategies with leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales or SDR experience (construction or real estate a plus).
Excellent English — written and spoken.
Confident communicator, natural closer, and team player.
Highly organized and results-driven.
Positive energy, persistence, and fast learning attitude.

Base pay + high commissions
