- Strong communication skills for seamless interaction with clients, drivers, and brokers.
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with logistics software.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- High stress tolerance, accountability, and quick decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient routes for vehicle transportation, optimizing time, cost, and distance.
- Coordinate drivers at all stages of transportation.
- Communicate with brokers, negotiate deals, and secure the best rates.
- Monitor trip progress and promptly address any issues during transit.
- Manage loads through platforms like Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, and others.
- Continuously analyze the market to maximize company profitability.
- Maintain professional documentation, including load statuses, broker agreements, and trip reports.
