Sales Manager (Remote, B2B)
EasyHireUA, a U.S.-based recruiting company, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager who is fluent in both English and Ukrainian. If you’re an experienced Sales and Business Development professional with a strong background in the U.S. market, and you know how to drive revenue growth through needs-based selling and trust-focused B2B relationship building — we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies utilizing social media, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Build and manage EasyHireUA’s presence on LinkedIn and Instagram to support lead generation and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to continuously optimize sales approaches and improve conversion rates.
- Manage the full sales cycle using HubSpot, from lead generation to closing.
- Proactively engage high-potential leads through strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, and niche communities.
- Present tailored recruitment service offerings to prospective clients based on their hiring needs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client setup.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation in the U.S. market, with expertise in full sales cycle management and account growth.
- Hands-on experience developing LinkedIn and Instagram profiles and strategies for business growth.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive service demo.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust quickly.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is required.
