We’re looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative (Dispatcher) who will be part of our Call Center and actively engage in communication with our clients, ensuring the maintenance of our service at the highest level.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English (B2+ level) to effectively engage with clients and present solutions.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail for handling multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales platforms to track progress and maintain accurate records.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Positive attitude and flexibility to navigate challenges and adjust sales strategies when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Accept and consult clients by incoming calls.
- Formation of invitations for a technician’s visits to the clients, and making correct routes.
- Making outgoing calls to arrange return visits.
- Entering data into CRM.
- Working according to work service standards.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments within the company.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (Calgary time zone; GMT-7).
