We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Dispatch Assistant to join our team.
What you will do:
- Checking the closest trucks for the loads;
- Negotiating with the drivers;
- Mapping out the most efficient routes;
- Estimating arrival times;
- Data input and maintenance in TMS software.
- Searching for the specific locations and services (e.g. truckstops, repair shops, road service etc)
- Providing load information and instructions to the drivers
- Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly

What is mandatory:
- English level must be at least Intermediate;
- Quickness and stress-resistance;
- Great communication skills;
- Attention to the details.

SCHEDULE: Mon — Fri 15:00 — 01:00, Full time. (till 23:00 at office and the rest of the shift from home)
