Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the month-end closing process and coordinate the overall reporting activities
- Supervise the accuracy of cost allocation and accounting, both general and project-specific
- Prepare and manage detailed monthly reports for management, including analyses of revenues, costs, and receivables
- Analyze financial and operational results to provide insights into company and business unit performance
- Act as a business partner by offering meaningful analysis of business, operational, and financial KPIs
- Collaborate with project managers to offer financial support and insights for clinical trials
- Work with external institutions, such as banks and auditors, to report financial data
- Oversee work of the accounting department and preparation of the statutory accounts
- Prepare the company’s annual budget and monitor its execution, explaining deviations where necessary
- Develop detailed short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, including deviation analysis
- Contribute to shaping and improving the company’s planning and control processes to enhance cost efficiency
- Prepare business cases to support new investments, strategic initiatives, and other business decisions
- Conduct other ad hoc analyses as required
- Support in negotiating contracts and resolving issues with sponsors
- Calculation of payments to investigators and contracted partners
- Interaction with tax authorities and regulatory institutions of Ukraine
- Managing relationships with local banks and financial institutions
- Control of currency transactions in international transactions

Support of HR Operations:
- Ensuring timely and accurate recording of all HR data on HR information system, creating reports and monitoring trends
- Managing timely and accurate submission of monthly payroll data to payroll partner
- Manage all employee documentation including salary review information etc

- Residing in Ukraine (must)
- Work experience in international companies
- Fluent Ukrainian and English (B2+)
- Knowledge of management accounting principles
- Skills in automation of financial processes
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel
