Who am I? — I am logistics coordinator (dispatcher) with more than 4 years of experience.
I am looking for people to share my knowledge, teach and work in team
We have team of 5 people already and we are currently looking for 5−6 more people to join our team.
Three main requirements to you:
- Good speaking, and writing English with good grammar (A MUST)

We’ll be working as partners. I don’t like to be a boss :) I can help, I can teach, I can motivate sometimes, but you need to be self-motivated
USA Logistics market is one of the leading logistics markets in the world, with millions of people all across the Earth involved into it. It takes part in delivering your favorite chocolate, up to moving bridges and wind turbines!
What we do? — We are searching good loads for drivers (main and the most important work), providing updates to the customers, coordinating loads from pickup to the delivery and negotiating issues that may appear during the trip
Work process
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 14.00−15.00 till 00.00−01.00
- Schedule is flexible after training period, but we need to be always online
- During training period (2−3 months) we work only in the office. With adjustments because of curfew
- After training period remote work is possible
- For training period — fixed salary plus bonuses
- After training period — Percentage from the loads you book. No limits in earnings. The more loads you book, the more you get

We are currently looking for three positions
- Full-time dispatchers
- 2 persons for Night and weekend work (10 days night work, 4 days on weekends work/per 4 weeks) — Students welcome!
- Updates department (possibly switch to full-time in future)

Training would be the same for all of you, we can decide what position to choose after
People with some experience — also welcome! That would be a great benefit
