- Responsibility for generating and managing the flow of potential clients on the Upwork platform;
- Developing and implementing strategies for attracting new clients using effective lead-generation methods;
- Setting up calls with leads and the sales manager;
- Communicating with leads up to the contract stage;
- Collaborating with other departments of the company to optimize the lead generation process;
- Creating personalized and effective cover letters;
- Negotiating and identifying client needs;
- Keeping track of potential clients and active projects in the CRM system;
- English B2 for writing attractive messages.
