We are looking for a B2B Account Manager ? to join our team — a responsible and communicative professional who can maintain effective partnerships, handle organizational matters, and ensure stable and successful cooperation.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships with an assigned list of partners according to set standards;
- Handling key tasks and supporting partners throughout all stages of cooperation;
- Providing prompt issue resolution and consultation support;
- Meeting KPIs aimed at partnership growth;
- Preparing reports and analyzing completed work.
We expect you to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (account management);
- Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written);
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with clients at different levels;
- Ability to follow clear procedures and execute tasks according to a defined plan;
- Excellent written communication skills and experience in business correspondence;
- Personal qualities: attention to detail, communication skills, responsibility, initiative, and willingness to learn.
