Sales and Business Development Manager (Remote)at Maxximize Outsourcing Agency
About Maxximize Founded in 2014, Maxximize is a well established outsourcing agency delivering high-quality customer service, back-office, and business process solutions.Despite our maturity, we run with a startup’s energy and agility: weekly iterations, lean operations, and real ownership from day one.
We’re now looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager who thrives on autonomy, sets ambitious goals, andis obsessed with delivering results. You’ll take full ownership of our business development function, scale our sales channels, and grow long term client relationships that fuel our next stage of expansion.
What You’ll Own
Client Acquisition & Management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B and freelance marketplaces
- Lead end-to-end client lifecycle, from prospecting to onboarding and retention
- Manage account growth and long-term satisfaction for BPO, call center, and outsourcing clients
Strategy & Execution
- Build and iterate our business development strategy with a hands-on approach
- Define and execute high-velocity lead generation systems using outbound and inbound tactics
- Maintain a lean sales operation with high ROI and measurable results
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage SDRs and junior sales team members
- Own KPI dashboards and implement continuous improvement of sales workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside marketing, customer service, and operations to align growth strategy with delivery excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Hands-on experience with outsourcing businesses, within customer service industry (BPO, customer support, or call center),or web agencies, marketing/SEO agencies.
- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition via platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn,freelance marketplaces. Expertise in outbound lead generation,including cold outreach and nurturing warm leads.
- Hands-on attitude and readiness to operate with extreme autonomy. Ability to define, chase, and achieve ambitious self set goals.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, async, «remote first» environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
- Bonus: fluency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese,Arab or other languages.
Compensation
- Trial Period: UAH 35.000/month
- Post-Trial Compensation: UAH 35.000−70.000/month base, depending on experience and performance
- Plus: High-commission structure, target bonuses, and long-term growth potential
