Вимоги:
- Fluent English & Ukrainian/Ru speaking skills (Advanced level)
- Comprehension, speaking and typing English
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle several projects at once
- Basic computer skills and internet savvy
- Stable internet connection and availability to work in Pacific Standard Time zone hours
- Strong customer service/conflict resolution skills
- Bilingual (English & Ukrainian/Ru) required
Умови роботи: 40 — 50 Hours per week, Remote
Обов’язки:
- Our company currently serves the greater Seattle Metropolitan area doing HVAC and Appliance repair services. Knowledge of the field is welcome, but not mandatory.
- Communicating with clients, answering inquiries, and managing/planning the schedule of multiple employees while coordinating different routes. This includes but is not limited to, planning the most efficient schedules travel time-wise, using English terminology, and learning the area geographically.
- 75% of work will be on the computer answering messages, planning schedules, communicating with the field technicians. 25% of work will be on the phone with the customers and suppliers. We will provide the software and the overview of how to use it.
