Our client is an international company providing transport logistics services in the U.S. They operate according to Western standards, prioritize stability and sustainability, and follow a clear principle: leadership roles are filled from within the team, not through outside hires. They’re looking for like-minded individuals who share these values.
Your Responsibilities:
Overseeing all stages of cargo delivery
Daily communication with U.S.-based brokers and drivers (by phone, in English)
Providing timely feedback to clients
Solving logistics-related challenges with creativity and composure — even under pressure
Managing emails and responding promptly to requests
Working with the CRM system and ensuring proper documentation flow
What We Expect from You:
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Analytical thinking and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset
Strong sense of responsibility and motivation to improve results
Eagerness to grow professionally and develop within the company

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
