About Us: Our Client — reputable U.S.-based accounting firm providing comprehensive financial services to businesses and individuals, seeking an experienced accountant from Ukraine to join their remote team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting expertise and excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other relevant regulations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.
- Work closely with U.S. clients, providing advisory support and responding to inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and other financial tools.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2−3 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to U.S. accounting practices.
- English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English skills are mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and tax regulations is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
