Location: Remote (based in Ukraine)
Work Hours: Aligned with U.S. Pacific Time (Los Angeles)
About Us: We are a construction company based in Los Angeles, focused on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our operations require seamless coordination between multiple teams and subcontractors. We are seeking an experienced dispatcher to help organize, monitor, and optimize our daily operations remotely.
Position Summary: The Construction Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring clear communication between crews and subcontractors. This role is crucial for keeping our projects running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crew Scheduling: Coordinate and maintain work schedules for construction crews, ensuring alignment with project deadlines.
- Software Management: Update and maintain schedules, task lists, and progress reports in the project management software.

Communication:
- Make daily phone calls to subcontractors to confirm their availability, timelines, and progress.
- Ensure that subcontractors adhere to project milestones and deadlines.
- Respond promptly to any scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Bidding Coordination: Follow up with subcontractors to ensure that all bids are submitted accurately and on time.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on the status of ongoing projects, ensuring that work is progressing according to schedule.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential issues, such as resource shortages or delays, and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction project coordination, dispatching, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Ukrainian and English. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets. CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to work during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
