This role is key to ensuring our trucks and trailers are running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. If you have a strong understanding of fleet maintenance, love solving problems, and can work cross-functionally, we want to hear from you! Conditions
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am — 5 pm EST
- Salary: $1350 — $1750

Responsibilities
- Oversee preventative maintenance (PM) and repair scheduling for trucks and trailers
- Coordinate with vendors, negotiate repair costs, and minimize downtime
- Review and manage tire condition reports and enforce timely replacements
- Track and monitor units at repair shops or drop trailer locations
- Maintain repair records and equipment logs
- Conduct driver check-ins and ensure regular inspections
- Collaborate daily with dispatch, safety, and after-hours teams
- Submit weekly reports on equipment status and fleet performance

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fleet, equipment, or maintenance management (trucking preferred)
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, tire management, and DOT compliance
- Ability to use tools like spreadsheets and fleet management systems
- Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
- Organized, detail-focused, and team-oriented
