Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, including working with digital channels (PPC, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media).
- Availability of a team of contractors (designer, copywriter).
- Understanding of the specifics of the telecommunications industry (will be an advantage).
- Analytical skills and experience with analytical tools to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Increase lead generation and optimise conversions through the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and set tasks for targeting specialists (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and optimise website/content.
- Analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports and improving strategies.
- Development and implementation of social media presence strategies (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Collaboration with the team and other departments to achieve business goals.
- This position involves checking references from previous employment.
