De7 Partner, a partner of the leading IT consulting company in Europe, is seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in Accounting, Auditing, Financial Analysis, Financial Operations, or related fields to join our SAP FI Reskill Program.

Program structure:
- 1−1.5 Months: Basic knowledge of the SAP system — paid training.
- 1.5−7 Months: Practical skills development on a real project under the guidance of an experienced mentor — practical paid work.
- 8−12 Months: Preparation for and completion of SAP certification, leading to promotion to the position of Junior Consultant.

Required skills and experience:
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in a senior/middle role as a Chief Accountant, Senior Accountant, or Financial Consultant in SAP or SAP Key User in FI module, or similar;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations;
- Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) is an advantage;
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights;
- Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets;
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders;
- Experience in Data Migration projects or implementations of SAP modules projects is an advantage.
