CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Supply Chain Department as a Procurement Category Manager, who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing relationships with Contractors to ensure the procurement of high-quality services.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential Contractors based on business needs.
- Evaluate Contractors on criteria such as quality, cost, safety and reliability.
- Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and agreements.
- Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Continuously analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve Contractors issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of market trends and sourcing best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
