Requirements
- Fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/training roles; experience in hospitality and restaurant fields is an advantage
- Knowledge of various methods used to conduct needs analysis
- Strong knowledge of training methods and techniques
- Knowledge and experience in developing and conducting training programs in a classroom format, incl. service trainings
- Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive training programs for hotel team across various departments
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions to ensure seamless integration of new team members
- Review and update existing training materials to keep pace with industry standards and hotel-specific requirements
- Analyze training needs and design tailored programs to address those needs effectively
- Track and maintain training records, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and standards
- Oversee departmental training programs and conduct audits for compliance
- Plan and conduct meetings with department managers to review performance trends and develop action plans
- Lead and coordinate performance management cycle
- Create and manage an annual training calendar. Deliver interactive training sessions that engage and motivate employees
- Coordinate, develop and lead HR activities, including social events and team-building activities
