Junior Project Manager
We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for an aspiring professional who is eager to develop their skills in project management, work with international teams, and contribute to the success of various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution.
- Communicate with stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and alignment of expectations.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and report on key milestones.
- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Support senior project managers in daily tasks and strategic planning.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Russian, English, and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) is an advantage.
