Junior .NET Developer
We are seeking a .NET Developer to join our international team and work on the ongoing development and support of a product in the medical/healthcare sector. This role involves close collaboration with U.S.-based colleagues in real-time, ensuring seamless communication and coordination during the U.S. workday. You will contribute to building secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that help improve healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features.
- Work with databases (SQL, Entity Framework) to ensure efficient data management.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
- Identify and fix bugs to improve application performance.
- Write technical documentation and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with SQL databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Fluency in Russian, English, and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Collaborate daily with American colleagues (developers, QA engineers, product managers) to align on priorities and deliverables
- Implement new features based on business and compliance requirements

Work Conditions:
- Ability to work 15:00−00:00 Kyiv time to overlap with the U.S. workday
- Good understanding of version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher — must be able to actively participate in daily meetings, communicate with U.S. colleagues, and write documentation
