We’re searching for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong communication skills, and experience in the construction industry.
We are looking for a Manager who has:
- Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and handle risks, budgets, and conflicts;
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Construction Manager;
- Deep understanding of building systems and industry standards;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client relationship experience;
- Experience planning and executing projects, including scheduling and log maintenance;
- Understanding of BIM fundamentals and methodology;
- Fluent English (B2 or higher);
- Knowledge of Revit would be a plus.

What you’ll be working on:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships;
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges;
- Project planning and execution, adhering to company standards;
- Leading the internal production team;
- Comprehensive project budget management and invoicing;
- Risk management and problem-solving.
