Job Vacancy: Driver Recruiter in the USA

We, Start CDL , are looking for a remote recruiter to help us find talented drivers in the United States. As a driver recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates with the necessary experience and skills to start their professional journey in the trucking industry.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in driver recruitment

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely

Strong knowledge of the U.S. driver labor market

Ability to efficiently select suitable candidates for available positions

High level of responsibility and organizational skills

English proficiency of B2 level or higher

PositionSummary Yourduties will include:
- Draftingand publishing job postings across relevant platforms
- Researchingand identifying new channels for talent acquisition
- Engagingwith prospective candidates and conducting initial screening
- Matchingdrivers to specific client requirements
- Verifyingcandidate qualifications and gathering required documentation
- Guidingcandidates through the hiring process until onboarding is complete

Salary
- The initial salary for the first three months is $1,000 USD, with a performance-based bonus system tied to successful hires. After the three-month period, the base salary will increase to $1,200 USD.

Work Schedule:

Monday — Friday, 10 AM — 7 PM EST (New York time)
