We’re seeking an experienced and goal-oriented SEO Specialist to join our content marketing team. This part-time position offers flexible involvement tailored to your expertise and has potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business growth.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize an effective SEO strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Optimize website content and landing pages to enhance visibility in search engine results.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, expansion, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Research and implement SEO recommendations to improve organic search rankings.
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for link-building and improved site performance.
- Design and execute targeted link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority.
- Collaborate closely with editorial and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices into content creation and distribution.
- Recommend strategic adjustments to website architecture, content structure, internal linking, and other elements to improve organic search performance.
- Ensure best practices for SEO are consistently applied to newly developed website features and content.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated SEO experience with proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, content funnels, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition strategies.
- Extensive experience with SEO analytics and optimization tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
- Proven experience in successful backlink strategies, including outreach, partnerships, and influencer collaboration.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to independently manage tasks while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
