Right now, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Lead Generator Manager — someone proactive, persistent, and passionate about B2B sales in IT.

? Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for potential clients using Google, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other tools
- Identify and reach out to decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and messages
- Deliver a compelling initial pitch about BeLikeTech and our services
- Keep the CRM system updated and track lead engagement
- Set up meetings between clients and our team, and follow up to ensure they happen
? What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of effective lead generation and sales techniques
- Experience selling IT products and services (web, mobile, cloud)
- Basic understanding of how software development works (terms like APIs, mobile apps, etc. aren’t new to you)
- Confident user of LinkedIn, Upwork, and Google for finding leads
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (you'll be communicating with international clients)
