? Your Role as Credit Risk Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- ? Developing and implementing credit risk policies and procedures.
- ? Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on credit risks.
- ? Improving and refining credit risk models.
- ? Collaborating with business leaders to ensure operations align with the company’s risk appetite.

? Requirements
- ?‍? 3+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in fintech, digital lending, or banking.
- ? Deep understanding of credit risk analysis, scoring models, and risk metrics.
- ? Proven experience in developing and executing credit strategies and risk policies.
- ? Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- ? Experience working with regulatory bodies and knowledge of lending compliance requirements.
- ? Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
- ?? Fluent in English (B2+ level).
