We are looking for a Technology Service Analyst

Your key responsibilities
- Ownership of local applications including end-to-end responsibility for application setup from regulatory and DB policies requirements.
- Perform L1/L2 support for IT end-user locally (in-person) or by engaging Global teams.
- Monitor and manage incidents through an IT service management platform.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Management/supporting of local IT infrastructure/application related projects including regulatory driven.
- Physical visits to Data Centers and offices to troubleshoot equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
- Create and update documentation on the use of IT systems.

Your skills and experience
- Providing technical support to users (remotely and in the office, Windows 10/11).
- Windows Server 2016/2019, basic administration skills.
- Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of local application software.
- Working with SQL queries (basic knowledge).
- Oracle (basic knowledge).
- Administration and support of the core banking system (B2).
- Unix skills would be a plus.
- Office 365 (advanced user).
- Understanding of Networks and rules.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical/IT related topics.
- Be flexible — as the role offers flexible hours, occasional overtime or weekend work might be required to support critical IT operations. Rest assured, you will be compensated accordingly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian and professional-level proficiency in English.
- Work experience more than 2 years is a plus.
