We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to spearhead the development and management of our expanding back-office operations in Ukraine for Meest America. This strategic leadership role will focus on building and overseeing key departments, including Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and other specialized teams to support our global shipping business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Development & Management: Establish and structure multiple departments, ensuring they are fully staffed, trained, and operating efficiently.
- Recruitment & Team Building: Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing teams in Ukraine to support business operations.
- Operational Oversight: Implement processes, workflows, and performance metrics to ensure each department is aligned with company goals.
- Cross-Border Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the U.S. headquarters and Ukraine office, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Compliance & Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper budget allocation and financial management for Ukraine operations.
- Leadership & Culture Development: Foster a strong company culture, ensuring team members are engaged, motivated, and aligned with company values.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, operations, or office management, preferably in logistics, shipping, or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge the U.S. and Ukraine teams effectively.
- Understanding of financial management and operational processes.
- Fluency in English required
