Role Overview
At EleonSoft, we are seeking a dynamic Business Manager, fluent in English (B2 or higher), to support our business partnership development while ensuring the highest quality across our digital marketing assets and products.
Key Responsibilities
? Marketing & Communication: Collaborate in the creation of compelling pitch decks and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our vision and value proposition.
? Business Development: Identify and secure revenue-sharing partnerships by supporting the complete cycle—from initial outreach through to successful deal closure.
? Relationship Management: Work closely with investors and venture funds team members to foster and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
? Investment Strategy: Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies aimed at attracting strategic investments.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
?? Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
?? A fast learner who adapts quickly to new challenges.
?? Proficient in developing high-quality presentations and documentation.
?? Eager to develop negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure impactful partnerships.
?? Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or another closely related field (advanced studies such as an MBA are a plus)
