Role Overview
At EleonSoft, we are seeking a dynamic Business Assistant, fluent in English (B2 or higher), to support our business partnership development while ensuring the highest quality across our digital marketing assets and products.
Key Responsibilities
? Project Managment & QA: Managing end-to-end projects, ensuring smooth transitions from initial contact to finalized product.
? Marketing Materials & Communication: Collaborate in the creation of compelling pitch decks and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our vision and value proposition.
? Business Development: Identify and secure revenue-sharing partnerships by supporting the complete cycle—from initial outreach through to successful deal closure.
? Relationship Management: Engage with potential partners and work closely with senior team members to foster and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
? Investment Strategy Support: Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies aimed at attracting strategic investments.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
?? Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
?? A fast learner who adapts quickly to new challenges.
?? Proficient in developing high-quality presentations and documentation.
?? Eager to develop negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure impactful partnerships.
?? Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
?? Passionate about innovation and committed to driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
?? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, linguistics, journalism or other relevant fields will be a plus.
