Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years experience in the photovoltaic industry. Identify, develop, and expand strong distributor partnerships within the Ukrainian market;
- Maintain relationships with distributors and implement AIKO’s partnership policies and guidelines;
- Plan and execute regional distributor-related activities and initiatives to support business growth;
- Support and coordinate with distributors to ensure effective implementation of AIKO’s strategy and sales targets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher;
- Preference for candidates based in Ukraine;
- Technical background in the photovoltaic (PV) industry is strongly preferred;
- Existing relationships and networks within the local PV distribution ecosystem (distributors, installers, EPCs, etc.) are a plus;
- Fluent in English; fluency in Ukrainian is preferred.
