- Proven Sales Leadership: Experience in managing and scaling high-performing sales teams, ideally in a service-oriented industry.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal English (B2+ level) to effectively engage with clients and mentor the team.
- Performance-Driven Mentality: Track record of exceeding sales targets and optimizing conversion rates.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Skilled in building long-term client relationships and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analytics for tracking sales performance.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to navigate challenges, adjust sales tactics, and inspire a results-oriented culture.
- Availability: Able to work 9 AM — 5 PM Calgary time to align with our key customer base.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Outreach: Make an average of 55 calls daily to a warm base of potential customers, building strong relationships and identifying sales opportunities. Oversee outreach efforts, refining lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
- Assessment: Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that highlight the value of our services.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and execute scalable sales processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- CRM & Data Management: Utilize CRM tools to track key metrics, monitor progress, and optimize performance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
