Key Task: Sales Distribution Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the operational, administrative, and strategic functions of the distribution department, ensuring smooth logistics and partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage partner PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) and turnover/stock ratio.
- Manage customer purchase orders, adjusting to current availability.
- Take part in regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
- Coordinating with logistics providers (FedEx, TNT, etc.)., Managing customs procedures (Incoterms, VAT, duties, documentation), Supporting international shipping processes.
- Address partner issues with effective problem-solving skills
- Ensure exceptional customer service and partner satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, supply chain management,, logistics, call centers.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) for effective communication with international partners.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Analytical and problem-solving approach, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
