ОПИС ВАКАНСІЇ
We are currently looking for new dispatchers to join our transport company operating across the European Union. Our main base is located in Germany, we have an office in Poland, and our dispatch department is partially working remotely from Ukraine.
We are now expanding our dispatch team and are looking for motivated individuals who can work remotely from home. You must have a stable internet connection and be able to communicate with our other offices via internal chat, mainly in English. Please note that actual voice or video conversations in English are very rare — your daily communication will mostly be with drivers from Ukraine, Belarus, and Georgia.
We require you to have knowledge of EU regulations regarding drivers' working and driving hours, especially tachograph-related rules. You should be comfortable using maps and planning routes across Europe using our internal tools. Familiarity with basic transport terminology is essential — such as the difference between a mega and a standard trailer.
Any additional technical knowledge about transport, vehicles, or driver procedures will be considered a strong advantage.
The manager of the dispatch department is Ukrainian, so your main working language in the dispatch team will be Ukrainian. I am based in Poland and serve as the head of our Polish office. The first interview will be with me — if we both feel there’s a good fit, you will then move on to the dispatch department for further onboarding.
We offer a trial period of one month with a salary of €600. After successfully completing the trial and becoming an independent dispatcher, your salary will be increased to €700 per month.
We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
