Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading provider of high-end glass products, serving prestigious clients such as SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and more. Founded in 2017 in New York, the company has expanded across the U.S., delivering top-quality glass solutions to both residential and commercial markets.
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Training Department Specialist whose primary objective will be to enhance the effectiveness of training programs, including through transitioning them to an online format within the LMS.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing training programs and materials to identify gaps, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Refine learning strategies to improve training effectiveness and knowledge retention
- Develop training tools, software guides, process manuals, and other instructional resources
- Design structured training programs tailored to specific roles, departments, and business functions
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and collaboration with department managers
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base for training materials and documentation
- Deliver engaging training sessions for employees, both in-person and online, using interactive, hands-on approaches

Requirements
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- OR
- Bachelor’s degree in another discipline combined with additional education in instructional methodologies, adult learning, corporate training, or L&D
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or technical environment
- Proven expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, courses, and materials
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and blended learning strategies
- Experience in identifying performance gaps and creating targeted learning solutions
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), and data analysis tools for measuring training effectiveness
- High level of technical literacy and ability to work with complex systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Language skills: English — C1 or higher (mandatory);

Preferred:
- Experience implementing or using AI tools in training and learning processes
- Experience transitioning to or launching a new LMS platform
- Experience developing training programs for complex technical products
